She immediately set an appointment for a day or two later. The owner, Dave, arrived as scheduled on time. It was obvious he was very experienced because he immediately diagnosed the problems & explained the alternative solutions. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained the "pros and cons" of the alternatives, answered my questions and let me determine what the best course of action would be for me. After my decision he immediately ordered the necessary parts and scheduled the follow up appointment to make the necessary repairs. Again, he returned on time and with the parts to complete the repairs. There were NO "extra costs", "hidden fees" or "surprises". Of course the quality of the work was five star as well.
